• Meditation session data — date, meditation duration, and rest duration for each session you complete.

How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used to sign you in. Your session data is stored so you can view your meditation history and streaks. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase, a hosted database platform. Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties. No analytics or tracking services are used in the App.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the email address below.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
